This 90 minute elective module equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach Chair Yoga in workplace settings. You’ll explore the unique challenges of office environments and learn how to adapt your classes so they are accessible, practical, and enjoyable for everyone.

You’ll also receive 6 ready-to-use Chair Yoga sequences designed to address common workplace concerns, from mental fatigue and stress to tension in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Each sequence is easy to teach, adaptable for different abilities, and can be implemented in just 10-15 minutes, making it perfect for busy schedules.

By the end of this module, you’ll feel confident bringing Chair Yoga into corporate environments, helping participants improve focus, reduce stress, enhance posture, and boost energy all without leaving their desks. You’ll leave ready to teach engaging classes that make a real difference to workplace wellbeing.
